This seems to be pretty consistent, where the intro video just doesn't load when a case file is loaded for the first time. It seems to always load for the host, but other players often see only a black screen. Investigate this.

This bug has been identified, and is pretty simple. Videos load on non-host clients before the list of videos is synced, causing the loaded video index to be out of range. This is currently fixed by retrying the load a number of times before giving up. A better solution would be to sync the list of videos to all players, and use that as the indicator to load the intro video. This should be taken into heavy consideration.
