Jamie Greunbaum 34304c02f6 - Added all necessary jail cell calls for Patty Larceny. 
- Replaced some of the stage walls with properly UV mapped drywall segments.
- Improved the podium ownership trigger.
- Added a few more light probes and adjusted reflection probes.
